The highest temperature of heat resistance for the borosilicate glass is 120 degree.

The air holes at the bottom of the double wall glasses are normal and not defects. Users can use the glass in the regular way.

Each product comes with minor difference due to the special handmade craft and such difference is considered normal.

Please wash with hands and use neutral detergent and sponge for cleaning. Do not use loofah or wire brush and other sharp items.

Do not use this product in the microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer.

The product is fragile. Please avoid collision with force. Do not use the product if it has cracks or is chipped to avoid cuts.
